3. Refund Policy

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer or store credit
  • For online payments, refunds will be made to the original payment method (if applicable)

4. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for eligible items:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery
  • Replacement will be sent after receiving the original item (if required)

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged products (not caused by us)
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items without original packaging

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the issue is from our side (wrong/damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost
  • If the return is due to customer preference, shipping charges may apply

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
